Our recipe for Italian Ice is a family recipe that has been passed down for generations. It came over from Italy to New Jersey with the family in the early 1900’s. To this day, the business remains family-owned. The old family recipe is still used as the foundation for the flavors and recipes that we create today. The business has expanded tremendously since its founding in 1957, as have our flavor selection, ingredients and our Italian Ice making method
